Communications structured through counsel where the matter is likely to reach litigation, so that strategy discussions retain privilege. Communications with a PR advisor generally do not.
Your matter is not marketing material. If you would prefer that no version of your case ever appears here, that is the default and you do not have to ask.

The people who need this firm are found by referral and by the work — not by a founder's photograph.
