Terms
These terms cover use of wartimepr.com and engagement of the services WartimePR LLC describes on it.
Entity and jurisdiction
WartimePR LLC, a Delaware, USA limited liability company.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
Not a law firm
WartimePR is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation, and using this site or engaging WartimePR does not create an attorney-client relationship. Where legal work is required, outside counsel is instructed separately.
The services
WartimePR provides reputation defense, investigation, and related advisory services, as described elsewhere on this site. We do not promise a particular outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as assuring one.
Every engagement is scoped in writing before work begins.
The contact form
The form at /contact collects your name, how to reach you, one line on the situation, and whether it is urgent. It is not stored on this site; submitting it passes it to an automation service we operate, which emails it, from a dedicated WartimePR notification mailbox on Google Workspace, to the person who handles enquiries on WartimePR's behalf. See Privacy for the full account of how it is handled.
The priority call
A priority call is booked directly, for a fixed fee of $500, and is followed by a written assessment within 24 hours.
The fee is non-refundable, including where no engagement follows the call. If an engagement does follow, the $500 is credited in full against it.
Payments
Priority calls are booked and paid for through Calendly and the payment processor connected to it — not through wartimepr.com directly. That processor's own terms apply to the payment itself.
Confidentiality
Engagements begin under a non-disclosure agreement, signed by WartimePR, before the details of a matter are discussed in depth.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time of the engagement, or, for use of the site itself, at the time of use.
