How we work

Phase 0 · Getting to us. Two ways in, and you choose by how fast you need someone.

If it is urgent: book a priority call for $500 and speak to us today or tomorrow. No form, no qualification, no waiting for a callback. NDA first, signed by us. One hour, straight into the problem.

If it is not: send a written enquiry. It costs nothing and we reply within 48 hours.

The fee does not buy access — it buys the front of the queue, and it is credited in full against any engagement that follows.

Phase 1 · Written assessment, within 24 hours. What exists and where. Who is likely behind it. What it is costing you. A sequenced plan and a price. It is a deliverable, not a pitch — you can take it and execute it yourself.

Phase 2 · The campaign. We run the plan. Weekly written status. Every specialist commissioned and managed by us. Urgent matters start the same day the offer is accepted.

Phase 3 · Hold. Monitoring, rapid response, prevention.

The fork, stated at the start rather than discovered in month nine

If we can identify who is behind it: legal pressure, settlement, criminal referral. The attack ends at the source and the cleanup is finite.

If we cannot, or he cannot be reached where he stands: containment becomes the objective, and we will say so — including what that costs to maintain.

Attribution is a capability, not a guarantee. And de-indexing removes a URL, not an operator: if he can rebuild, a de-indexing result has a shelf life of days. Ask any vendor selling you one what happens when the domain changes.

What we need from you

Honesty about the underlying dispute. It is the most common reason these engagements fail. We are not here to judge what started it.

What we will not do

Hack, or access any system or account without authorisation. Retaliate in kind. Take trade secrets, or obtain financial, telephone or medical records under a false identity. Pay anyone's employees. Manufacture content or reviews. Bury regulatory findings, judgments, safety issues or the complaints of people genuinely harmed. Act against journalists doing legitimate reporting. Take election or campaign work. Help anyone evade legal process.

Intelligence you gather about someone is lawful. Information you take from someone is a crime. Evidence obtained the second way collapses the moment it is examined, and takes the case with it.
